Checkout time 12 noon.
Cancel policy is 48 hours prior to day of arrival. Late Cancellation or failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of one night's room rate and tax. Should you need to cancel or make changes to your reservation, please have the confirmation number or credit card number used to reserve the room for the agent.
For group reservations, cancellation/no-show policy is specific to the group contract. Please call 1.800.950.0086 to confirm cancellation policy or check your email confirmation letter.

Resort charge is $28.00 - per room, per night.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Add $20.00 for each additional adult.
An early departure fee of one nights room and tax will apply for departures before your confirmed departure date.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort. Travelers with pets can be accommodated in our cottages which are resort or resort deluxe room categories. There is a $100 deposit added on to your reservation, of which, $50 is non-refundable.
TAXES
Current Sales Tax is 8.3%.
Occupancy Tax charged on Room Accommodations is currently 12.27%.
GRATUITIES
Service Charge on Banquet Services functions is currently 23% and for Room Services functions is 20% and is subject to sales tax.
PARKING
24-hour valet parking is available at the Resort. Overnight Valet is $27 per night. Overnight self-parking is also available near Villa guestroom locations and in our parking garage at $12 per night should your guests choose to utilize this option.
