December 12th - Saturday
Cooking Class – Last Minute Holiday Hors D’Oeuvres – 1 ½ hours - $40 (Demo) – If you typically feel down to the wire and dazed by all the holiday hubbub come mid December, then this class is just what the doctor ordered. Stop those jingle bells from ringing in your ears with great last minute holiday hors d’oeuvre ideas short on stressful prep time and big of fabulous flavor.
December 19th - Saturday
Cooking Class - Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. 2 hours. (Demo) $45.
Learn from the masters how to make a Yule Log, Chocolate Soufles, Flourless Chocolate Cake and other AZB secret chocolate recipes. Get your chocolate fix!
December 23rd – Wednesday
Tasting - "Top 10 Wines" $40 Join us for a comparative tasting and discussion of 5 of the Top 10 Wines for the Season Served with a sampling of Hors d'Oeuvres.
December 24th - Thursday
Cooking Class - Make and decorate Holiday Cookies with Kids – Chef Shane Ward. 2 hours. (Hands On) $25
Big and small kids are welcome to cut, bake and decorate with Chef Shane Ward pastry extraordinaire holiday treats, gift bags to go will be available.
December 26th - Saturday
The day after, Holiday Cocktails. (Demo/Tasting) $25 dollars (food included)
Come relax at The Wright bar and walk down memory lane with some old fashion drinks trying the original tequila sunrise, cheese, small tasting plates and just un wind a little.
December 27th - Sunday
Cooking Class - Holiday Bubbly Wine Tasting (Demo/Tasting) $30 Join us for a tasting of 5 Sparkling Wines to ring the New Year. Be confident in your selection with a side by side comparative tasting.
December 28th - Monday
Tasting - "Top 10 Wines" $40 Join us for a comparative tasting and discussion of 5 of the Top 10 Wines for the Season Served with a sampling of Hors d'Oeuvres.
December 29th - Tuesday
Holiday Entertaining: (Demo) $30 Hors d' Oeuvres with wine pairing. Need some exciting Nosh for your next get together? Join us in preparing some favorite Holiday pre meal small bites, from relaxed to decadent - we'll cook up some tasty treats for your next gathering
December 30th - Wednesday
Brunch and Learn! 1.5 hours- (Hands On) $45
Learn the tricks of the trade for a fabulous New Year’s Day Brunch and tasting plates available
December 31st - Thursday
Cooking Class - Wild about Wine and Cheese - 1 ½ hours (Demo) $45 – Enjoy not-so-classic wine and cheese pairings like you’ve never thought about before. We’ll cook with wine and cheese in every dish from start to finish - look for great recipes for classic saltimbocca, Pinot pasta, red wine braised sausage with creamy Mac and white cheese and more.
